What are the Leading Wales Awards?
The Leading Wales Awards was developed by a consortium of professional institutes, voluntary and public sector bodies as well as private companies. The Awards seek to identify, recognise and celebrate personal achievement in outstanding leadership in Wales.
Leadership in a private sector
This category is open to individuals who are employed in the Private Sector in Wales, in a business of any size or turnover and who have a leadership role at whatever level of responsibility in that business.
Jenny Scourfield comments:
“I was extremely flattered when I received my nomination for ‘Leadership in the Private Sector’ for the Leading Wales Awards and even more so when I knew my nominator was my boss (thanks Jay). I am all about the people and firmly believe your team are your best indication of your success. I thrive on helping people develop and DataKom gives me the platform to do this for both my teams and myself. I am very proud to have been listed as a finalist and look forward to the awards night to find out the winner.”
