Business challenge
Due to us being located in a rural area, the old ISDN telephone lines used to struggle with the quality of voice.
With the rented office space to local businesses, providing internet connectivity and Wi-Fi was a struggle. Previously internet connectivity has been extremely poor due to us being situated in a rural location.
Tenants who would come here to work would struggle with the limited options for their telephone services and internet connection purely due to poor connectivity.

KLOUDPBX PHONE SYSTEM
Cloud-based phone system with the latest technology.
DEDICATED INTERNET ACCESS
Service level agreements and treated as priority for fixes & faults dedicated connection that is not shared by any other residents or businesses – this allowed the business to upgrade other services on site.
GUEST WIFI NETWORK
Installed a secure enterprise wi-fi network on site for the main office. We then installed a separate, dedicated network for the tenants who rent office space.
CALL RECORDING
On-demand call recording is included as standard with KloudPBX.
REMOTE WORKING
Features to assist remote working, such as voicemails sent to email & mobile phone pairing.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Local manager oversees the companies account and conducts monthly reviews.
TRAINING PROVIDED
Training provided on how to use the user web portal and marketing features available.
